SUPPORT FOR BIRTH
As your birth doula, I offer my services in and around Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Crowborough and surrounding areas.
I would meet with you and your partner for at least two antenatal visits.
We can talk through what kind of birth you are hoping to have.
I have books you may like to borrow and can direct you to any other information you may be interested in.
You would have unlimited phone calls and email support and I would be on call for you two weeks prior to your EDD to come to your home or hospital as soon as you feel necessary.
I will stay with you and your partner to support you until your baby is born, giving you the space you need with the reassurance to know I am there.
I will support you with breastfeeding once the baby is born if you wish.
I am also available to support you through a cesarean section if the need arises.
I have a library of books and Hypnobirthing DVDs you may like to borrow.
I have a tens machine, birthing ball and a birthing pool you are welcome to borrow.
